process

We start with a meeting. Share everything you've ever thought of for the concept, places in the market you are attracted to, what guest experience you're trying to achieve, your hatred of the colour red... whatever. We use this as the launchpad for your project.

Then it's our turn. We take what we heard from the onboarding meeting and distill it into a concept that makes sense for the hospitality industry. No point is off-limits, Brand, Interior Design, Programming, Staff Training, Menu Development — this is our time to share our expertise and make recommendations to ensure you are setting yourself up for success.

Our brand phase is about taking the initial concept and bringing it to life. You get a logo that works for you, supporting brand materials like colour palette, fonts, imagery direction, secondary logos, brand voice guidance, etc. This phase becomes your toolkit for how the brand lives in the world.

Now we make it real. No detail is overlooked, from menu design to signage, coasters, napkins, plateware selection, matchbooks, business cards, even the signs for the washrooms. Every touchpoint of your brand is thoughtfully considered and executed consistently.
